Building a Low Carbon Future
The earth’s atmosphere has more carbon in it than at any point in the last three million years. This course will focus on the concepts of carbon analysis and the role of the building sector impacting our environment. We will distinguish the terms commonly used to further develop our carbon literacy, intending to educate how our industry can decarbonize the building sector through tackling embodied carbon.

Participants will review the mechanism and impacts of climate change and the targets in place to limit its damage in the building sector

An intermediate review of best practices and standards for building spaces that keep occupants physically safe from harm and illness while actively promoting health and well-being.
